This rating action is prompted by the recent rating action of the foreign currency debt ratings of Kazkommertsbank. US$50,000,000 Series 2005-B Floating Rate Notes due 2012 Moody\'s has also placed the underlying rating reflecting the risk posed to the providers of the financial guarantees in relation to the following series of notes on review for possible downgrade (for the avoidance of doubt, the following underlying ratings do not take the benefit of the related financial guarantees into account and the ratings of the notes, which incorporate the support of such guarantees, are unaffected). This action has also been taken following the recent rating action of the foreign currency debt ratings of Kazkommertsbank.
